Instructions：
Line art is best and I can fill in colors if needed (you can submit color if you choose). See attached drawing of a guy that simulates big gov. I would like to see this guy with either a screw in him or a snake like "Don't Tread on me" snake) constricting him and ready to bite him (his head maybe). Feel free to come up with ideas. We are very open to your interpretations.
