I will post below samples and features that I like, so you can see what seems like a good fit. Also, for For Sale Signs, I decided not to go with my picture, nor For Sale wording on it. For wording, black is overpowering, so replacing all wording with grey would soft it a little bit. Please see more discussion and attached files below.
