Instructions：
The theme of this year's convention is "The key to freedom" so any logo needs to adhere to that theme. Also the logo should make some reference to MBCNA or just NA and it would be nice if it tied in the areas of Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Also since the convention is in Monterey, it'd be nice if something special about the Monterey area was reflected in the log as well.
