Located in South Buffalo, historic urban setting. Property will have a large deck attached to building in an "alley space" with string lights and plant privacy screening that leads to an open grassy and planked "yard". Interior space is open,  ample and long. Maybe some touches of a 50's teal or soft pink or a blue. (this is open to discussion) The space will feel welcoming, historically rooted but with an upbeat and fun atmosphere. Historic but modern ...warm
