This is a popular media brand of a technical nature. The logo usage will be as a consumer magazine title/masthead.

Instructions：

The look and feel should be techie, but accessible by a large popular audience. Please shy away from anything that looks “corporate,” meaning there should not be a leading graphic element that is common to corporate logos. This isn’t that. We’re looking for something that is fairly simple, clean, but sophisticated and hip. It must also “pop” off the screen. <br><br>Definitely favoring the blue tones for this brand -- perhaps with black/gray? <br><br>For reference, I have included the older version of the logo that we are looking to update here. Note that it must be in a horizontal orientation. <br><br>Popular Electronics has a powerful legacy, and in one respect, we want to recall that past, but at the same time, look forward. <br><br>Thank you very much – we look forward to seeing what you come up with!<br>
