Since the name is rather large, we would rather have the &quot;Fine foods &amp; wines&quot; in smaller letters as compared to the &quot;Lamda&quot; 
 
Consider the use of the greek letter λ (lamda) in calligraphy in the design, but certainly not required. 
 
UPDATE: Also consider the use of grapes (modern, abstract). Also not required but more fuel for your imagination
