I do custom homes, design and invest in real estate. I want a new logo aswell as an idea for a billboard/signage for the neighbourhood so they will sell me their homes as is. They do not have to worry about renovating I will take as is, I want a sign that conveys all this and people take seriously, I am an investor that will pay cash. I flip houses and want to the neighbours to contact me direct to buy their homes, someone help me in figuring the best way to advertise and I will pay..... If someone can design the logo to start I will pay for the advertising separate and we can go from there.- $150
