- Real estate Agent Branding - target audience, 1st and foremost residential sales! Then a niche specialty of recreational properties: lake front, river front, fishing lodges,
- Instructions:
- Logo Design Ideas (see attached Fly image) IT MUST BE NOTICED AS A REALTOR/REAL-REAL-ESTATE AGENT LOGO - The fishing fly has to be subtle not the focus. 1. A look that works on a high-end business card but also looks great on a trucker hat or a Columbia PFG shirt. 2. The "Waterline" Monogram: Your initials sitting atop a subtle, stylized ripple or "fly line" curve that mimics the silhouette of a roofline, mountain range, rivers or a lake. 3. The "Topographic" Badge: A circular vintage-style badge with topographic map lines in the background, featuring a clean, bold font for your name. This screams "local expert who knows the terrain." 4. Visual Palette (Outdoor Colors) 5. Visual Hierarchy: My name (Rick Baerg) should be the primary focus, with this descriptive wording in a smaller, clean, and highly readable secondary font. Move away from bright "realtor red." Think high-end outdoor brands like Simms, Patagonia or Filson. Deep Forest Green: Represents the BC wilderness and growth. Slate Blue / River Rock: Represents the water and stability. I am open to other color concepts Logo should some how incorporate the ruggedness of a fly-fishing guide with the strategic precision of a real estate investor. Cant be too busy, and the supplied image (fly pattern) must be added in every option. Has to be subtle not about the fly, about real-state.
Reference Samples:

Maybe the silhouette of the fisherman in a logo, discretely added into, not overtaking the logo from the #1 objective Realtor/Recreational properties. I have had almost 200 submissions and the are only a couple I would consider. Thank you for all your submissions, i'm not looking for a generic logo, be creative and make me something unique the will be remembered after a first glance!
