What I have attached is something I really like from colors and styles. I like the wording. Delete the wand and bug at the top. Also looking for a hat for our guys to wear. Can you work up a vector file like the one the panther is wearing and a few other ones based of this that will be vector files for print and digital. Redo this pic attached but better and also make a hat image.

Should note it should not be only the hat. I meant one that separates the hat as well. One like this main one with the words and one with the hat so 2 pieces.
