DESIGNS (300)
- Logo Name:
- Sol Vida
- Company Intro:
- A health-forward, globally inspired café with a relaxed California–resort vibe. Fresh, made-from-scratch food, drinks and cocktails; daytime café with potential for evening social energy. Audience: health-conscious, stylish, active SoCal crowd. The location is on the grounds of a huge health and fitness resort. Will also do meal prep, catering, grab n go and private social events.
- Instructions:
- Sol Vida = “Sun Life” Transformation • Warm • Fresh • Uplifting • Coastal • Modern • Resort • Approachable • Upscale • Vitality • Balance PRIMARY IDEA: Sun + Moon (sun emphasized). Sun = life/vitality (primary). Moon = transformation/balance (secondary). OTHER IDEAS: - Modern Minimal Sun (elegant sun disc + few rays). - Palm Tree (single minimal palm + horizon + sun). - Ocean Waves - Citrus Sun (citrus slice doubling as sun; energetic, not cartoony). WHAT TO AVOID: - Faces in the sun/moon; astrology/occult vibes; overly mystical patterns. - Cheesy beach clip-art, cartoon palms, gradients that won’t embroider well. - Busy detail, thin hairlines, or elements that disappear under 24–32px. - Generic café icons (forks/spoons/coffee steam). - Cartoons COLORS: I'm honestly not sure. Obviously yellow or orange. I like black, teal, mint green, gray, coral, goal, terracotta. Neutral sands with warm sun + cool accent. Use solid fills or very subtle gradients only. No gradients please. TYPOGRAPHY: I'm kinda thinking "Sol Vida" in a sans-serif and "Cafe" in handwriting. I'm also open to a font-driven logo if it's the right font. Lettering should feel upscale yet friendly. Avoid harsh, condensed or techy fonts. Please show both versions of SOL VIDA (caps) and Sol Vida (title case). Include CAFÉ with accent. DELIVERABLES: It's important that the logo look good on a t-shirt, as well as clear cups for beverages, and printed menus of course. ADDITIONAL NOTES: It would be great if the icon still looks cool even if the words are removed.
