Present Living Therapy is a teleheath-based private practice offering compassionate psychotherapy for adults, specifically young adults (18+) Rooted in mindfulness, authenticity, and holistic care. The practice specializes in Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and existential/spiritual approaches. Clients of PLT might be needing help with anxiety, depression, trauma existential/spiritual concerns, major life stressors. PLT helps clients live more fully and in alignment with their values.

Instructions：

I would like the logo to be unique in comparison to other therapy clinics. I imagine it to be elegant and soft. I want it to symbolize presence and healing (which can mean a lot of different things.) Some ideas I have had are a sun and moon, hands holding a sun, sun with rays, a circular mandala, a bodhi tree. a blooming flower, a brain with flowers growing out of it, a horizon line with a sun and moon, a lantern, an hour glass, open palm with flame. I am open to other ideas. Edit: I have been suggested a person meditating, butterfly, and a willow tree. I like those too! Once again, I am open to unique ideas. :) Use creative freedom.
