We are a catering/education company where we go to a clients house who is hosting a dinner party, and we teach the guests how to make sushi. We hope to one day expand to other dinner party classes, but we are starting with sushi! Our target audience is going to be women planners, between 40-65 years old, with drop off packages for younger groups or date nights.
