Please see a website that we currently have in place for one of our higher end rental units (www.717OnOrange.com).  We like the colors that accentuate this site.  We do a lot of rentals of older housing stock (built in late 1800's and early 1900's)...but also some newer townhomes.  So...looking for a branding image and colors that captures the best of both worlds ("nostalgic old school bricks and mortar, wood beams", etc...blended with a modern feel).  We like simple designs with clean lines.  We have been thinking of a branding slogan that says "Put your roots down"...or "Rooted in (????)".  We strongly believe in the establishment of relationships and connections with our clients and tenants.  Much more than just dollars and cents...we are committed to unique personal connections with people and the purpose this brings to our business.
