“We are trying to find the hard line between something that is going to look rad for the guys in the field if it is on a hat - and classy enough for someone at the top. It needs to merge getting your hands dirty with being the snotty CEO. We also need to be taken seriously as consulting - but need to convey that the actual work can get done....If that made sense.”
