Knee Deep Seafood got its name from what was once a local watering hole in Madisonville, LA. Back in the good ole days, grandsons went with grandpas and everyone got out for their sake and grandma’s. Rain coming in on the Tchefuncte River was no detour for these hometown loving folks. Juke boxes on cinder blocks, as the regular patrons wadded in knee deep water, played country Cajun music and everyone passed a good time. Keith Jenkins was one of those grandchildren. Growing up in “Cajun Country” is something that makes a life long impact on your soul and has of way of imprinting itself deeply into the culture of Louisiana that can easily be poured out anywhere…..and that is EXACTLY what Knee Deep Seafood brings to the table no matter where that table might be! Currently mobile but eagerly awaiting a true brick and mortar that will be located in Bedico, Keith and his wife, Jennifer, share a common heart for the true culture of what it means to be from South Louisiana. Food. Family. Festivities…….did we mention FOOD? Louisiana food is full of flavor and that’s exactly what you’ll get from this dynamic duo full of it themselves……flavor that is! Knee Deep is set out to be a brand that will bring you home to Louisiana wherever home might be for you. Bring the flavor to your family or bring your family to the flavor! We’re going in deep yall……let’s geaux!

    Instructions
Logo: TEXT: Color scheme: Bright Green Font Color, Neon / Highlighter Colored Accents, Dark swamp style background. Use EXACT text type in attached file for KNEE DEEP. Blends can be a size and color variation of your choice. See attached mock up for reference. CHARACTER: Voodoo skeleton style, wading Knee Deep in water is a concept to work around in the logo. Attached character and mock up is close to what we're looking for. I used a cajun "rougarou" body in one mock up. White shrimp boots, crawfish, flour de lis, nets, black pot with fire, etc are all things that may be included as accessories on the character / logo combo Brand: This logo will be used as a basis for an entire spice and sauce brand. It will be placed on cylinder spice container. (Think Tony Chachere's seasonings for spice container, definitely don't want to bite the Tony's logo) Keep the cylinder container in mind for logo arrangement.

#9 Skeleton Face is the one we're going to go with. Below are some other revisions needed to close out. - We want snake's darker brown color to remain the same but make the orange more of a neon orange - Move feather on the other side the hat - Remove cigar and smoke - Arms & legs need to be bones not the green monster - Remove belt - Gold mardi gras bead for the necklace with the louisiana emblem the same Blends white with the purple glow / stroke Some of these may be easier on my end in photoshop since I created the original mock up: - Remove water line around legs. - Move pot up to his waist Thanks - great job on the face change
