A government scientific aircraft research organization. Most widely known for flying into hurricanes, but we conduct all sorts of different airborne research missions.

Instructions：

Looking for the design of a horizontal banner (measuring up to 30 feet wide) that includes the words "Science & Service, Safely." We would like to have it use some of the colors and styles as outlined in the attached media files and follow some of the same patterns/flows of our logos. This will be printed on a rectangular vinyl poster. Looking for something professional and clean, not too flashy.
