I am considering RED, SILVER and possibly WHITE as the colors as to contrast my yellow machines when the logo is placed. However I like the yellow and may consider it as long as the background would allow it to not blend into the machines.

My machine, trailer and dump truck are school bus yellow (pictured). The second picture with my name on it was a paintbrush concept I came up with before deciding to do more than hauling. I did like that font on MEACHAM but definitely not stuck on it as I'm sure your professional creations are mountains better than mine. 

I selected a few examples that displayed when choosing the "industry" but also added some screenshots of others I liked.

I may also like to add my phone number to the logo if it doesn't make it too busy (256-888-WORK) not sold on this idea though...
