RowAlabama is a community non-profit dedicated to teaching disabled and at-risk youth to row in a crew. Something like the film A MOST BEAUTIFUL THING: https://www.amostbeautifulthing.com/join-us/.

Instructions：

There should be red/crimson in the logo [#ae133a], but also maybe some blue to represent water. Something that would incorporate rowing oars (NOT rowboat paddles) would be awesome. "RowAlabama" is written as one word, so the logo should reflect that. There should be no space between "Row" and "Alabama".
