WE are taking park in a food festival, we want to add a lable to our fry cone, to signify it as our Texas poutine. The coins are black so I want colors that will jump off the cone. It must include our hoodoo brown logo, then Texas Poutine, And although its Texas poutine, I would love the background to be the state of Connecticut. I don't want it to be too cartoony but it may be if you can make it look right. I have attached a picture of what the cone looks like and what the poutine can look like, you can play with that.
