I'm building a niche site around non-traditional real estate investing ... using little-known methods in order to find serious deals others are unaware of.

Instructions：

I want a cute/cuddly raccoon, for sure (not sure if it should be full-body or just a face). But I want to focus on the intelligent, clever, problem-solver aspects of the animal (maybe wearing awesome, hip, studious black glasses), NOT focusing on the thief-in-the-night, pesky, mangy, rabid, mask-wearing robber-type. Maybe incorporate a house or a thin outline of a house next to the animal or behind it. I don't know ... that's why I'm hiring you all! :)
