We provide independent consulting services to automotive dealerships to improve their service delivery as measured by the customer experience survey. CSI stands for Customer Service Index, a term used in the automotive industry to refer to their customer satisfaction survey results. Tech is a play on automotive technician. Our motto is "You take care of the cars, we take care of the CSI."
