Instructions：
Must work well with a black background, we'd love something fun but professional, not opposed to colour, we live in the capital city of Canada (Ottawa)-known for the parliament building, possibly a logo blended in the lettering, possibly thinking of adding our tagline "Welcome Home Ottawa"
