- The Emerald Chef sells Quality Jams, Chutneys and Pickles. The main underlying principles of the business are Authentic, Simple, Eloquent food. I want to portray a modern but classy feel. The product will be high quality, with a modern image and have the authentic flavours of a home country kitchen.

- I would really like a simplistic modern design. Something that is clean and easily recognisable. I have included a link below to my Pinterest account with a range of logos to give some idea to what I like. http://pinterest.com/keithfreeburn/emerald-logo/ I like the idea of a logo which is made up of a simple image with the use of the characters 'EC' (Standing for Emerald Chef). I have included a hand drawn sketch of a logo. As you will see it is in the shape of an Emerald Diamond, with the letters EC built into the top using the Diamond concept. I am happy for you to make this more professional/artistic/polished or to change the idea. You will also notice the green running through the logo design, keeping in line with the 'Emerald' concept. However at this stage I do not necessarily want to specify a particular colour or shade. Thank you.
