Our business is a highly consultative, high trust type of environment (peoples careers) so we want to convey trust and stability, so maybe more (attorney or banking feel) but with a modern twist since our target market is growing with Millenials.... And since we do represent companies that have cutting edge technologies.

Of the design "inspirations" the one for ICC would be a great jumping off point.
Logo will be used on cards and on website so would need to be more horizontal in layout. Also something that can be look good in one color if we have to do B&W printing of something.
