Requirements
--------------------
- The logo should be simple enough that it can be branded/burned, stenciled, stamped, or etched on to wood/paper/packaging easily.
- Because of the requirement branding iron/stencil requirement gradients should probably be avoided.
- The primary reason for this requirement is that I am going to have a few different branding irons and stamps made. They will both mark the product, as well as the packaging (Branding Iron Example Pinterest Board - http://bit.ly/BrandingIronExamples)
- I cannot stress the importance of this requirement enough.
Desires/Ideas
--------------------
- I would like to see some sort of anchor used in the logo (just a suggestions, not a requirement).
- I feel like the logo should display "AnchorAndCrate.Com" as opposed to "Anchor and Crate", but I am open to any input you have.
- I like the idea of a vintage style logo (I can't think of any examples at the moment).
- Colors used should be limited to 2 - 3 (suggestion, not a requirement)
- The logo should have a somewhat industrial style feel. For example, something you would see stenciled on an old weathered crate (see http://bit.ly/StenciledCrate).

Thank you everyone for participating, I truly appreciate it. I plan on selecting the winning design by September 20th 10:00 pm MST. If for some reason I need to extend it until Monday September 22nd, I will do that. I need to have everything finalized by the 22nd.
