- The name has been changed to JUNCTION BREWERY & GRILL. A bar, Brewery & open kitchen restaurant serving American contemporary comfort food. Looking for contemporary design that has a modern edge. The name Junction comes from the railroad station that was/is located in American Canyon, CA. The community is a sleepy bedroom community in the Napa wine country. Junction Brewery & Grill will bring today's flavor in American Contemporary food along with a bar to the community. We do not want any trains in the logo! Would like to see an exaggerated JBG that is catchy.
