As you can see from my sample attempt at a logo design (Fitness Logo.jpg) I would like a semi abstract figure with flexed muscle. 
The graphic &quot;Fitnessessities&quot; should show motion and perspective. 
Or just an arm with flexed muscle.

A 3D logo that talks about networking is what I envision my logo to be. It can be open ended.

The colors I would like to use are basically the ones I clicked on, but the specific colors are PMC 201c (Cardinal), PMS 123C (Gold), Reflex Blue, and white. (I am a USC grad and want to use the school colors) 
I like arrows (as shown in the attached pictures), but if you have a great idea that conveys decisiveness without using arrows I am all for it. 
I also like the Biondi font, and use Reflex Blue as my primary font color.
