We want something unique that stands out, is easy to read from a distance, where the name of our company is large enough to see clearly (the word Group can be smaller than the Eugene Realty part and can be on a separate line), is professional looking, with 2-4 colors (we like blues and greens, but are open to creativity), and can go from maintaining our image professionally in both print and online format (including for sale signs, flyers, postcards, T-shirts, and websites). We like colorful logos that instantly capture your attention. We also like wording or artwork that is gradient with the color and also includes details like shadows around the letters to highlight them. Our area is known for lots of trees, rivers and lakes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;**Revision- After receiving several entries (Thank you all for your time!!) we are discovering that the ones with 4 colors or more are really catching our eye and making it to the top of our list.
