Miss Vi's Cook-Up is a catering and vending company that specializes in Caribbean delights and Caribbean pepper sauces. The business was named after my grandmother, Miss Vi's as everyone fondly called her, because she had a passion for making good food that left everyone wanting more after eating it. She is from Guyana and had a granddaughter who she greatly influenced and passed on skills to. She has now passed away, so this business is in loving honor and memory of her.- $159
