I&#39;m no designer, so you have quite a free reign! My instinct is that I don&#39;t just want the words, I&#39;d like some kind of symbol or abstract ideally with a connection to leadership. Aiming for something professional, but not stuffy. <br />
In terms of colours, I currently use #685c79 on the site, and I will use an orange similar to #f27400 for call to actions. However, these colours are not yet set in stone so again you have free reign, and if I like your colours better I could change the site.<br />
The logo will probably generally sit on a white background. <br />
