Looking for a logo that speaks to the issue of &quot;encouragement.&quot;  One idea - man running with a torch (as in the Olympic torch runner), running for the prize.  Another idea - a crest with perhaps a torch in it.  Looking for other ideas.  Our tag line is &quot;The Courage To Win&quot;
