I have included additional information on the attached mockup sheet. Although I have chosen the natural resources as a target audience from the drop-down, do not feel like you have to adhere to any of the sample designs within that gallery. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO MOUNTAINS IN FLORIDA.. PLEASE DO NOT USE MOUNTAINS IN YOUR DESIGN. Our mistake for not clarifying earlier. Camping IS usually associated with mountains, but not in Central Florida. The ranch DOES however have oak and pine trees, a creek, a very large lake, and a pavilion where many Bluegrass (country western) bands perform. 
 
You could also find a cool way to incorporate a Banjo in the logo/name. This is not required. It is just one idea that came to mind. I want to provide a variety to our client. 
 
A note about the type of trees at the ranch. They are called Slash Pine Trees and they look like this: http://www.garyalannelson.com/images/large/FL-10-42-NP.jpg Using this type of tree in the design will better represent the ranch.
