We are a real estate company comprised of 3 siblings in our early 30's and late 20's. We are located in the Midwest (South Bend, Indiana (Notre Dame University area). What we do is acquire distressed or foreclosed properties and we either resell them at wholesale price to other investors, rehab the property for resale at full market value, or rent the property.
