Business and sales consulting is what I do . The long form of my business name is "Intuitive Collaboration Consulting" My tagline is "Putting people first..Imagine that" Note, the "imagine that" is not meant to be snide remark, but rather a truthful reflection of how most businesses operate, which is NOT putting their employees first. Also rather it be several periods between, a dash mark before "imagine" I will leave to your artistic discretion. I spent 20 years in the automotive sales industry as a sales and training manager. I loved the income, just not the culture. My calling in life is to serve others. I hate the fact that the vast majority of businesses, the owner/CEO rarely pay attention to what really matters most, which is their employees. HR in most companies in my opinion fail to serve the "human" part of the job because they are caught up in all the legal and process parts of the job. I care about people and believe in putting people first, give them a voice and make them feel valued and understood, this will promote the type of company people WANT to work for. for those who understand the Myers and Briggs 16 personality types, I am an INFJ if that gives you any insight. I have a very strong Intuitive sense and I trust it without fail. I don't have an artistic bone in my body, but I have many friends who are, and they feel a passion for their work like I do for my work with people.
