This is a new business located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It's primary source of revenue is sales/leasing/management/renovation of properties. Most important to our niche is that in Thailand a Foreign person can not buy land but can buy a condo. Because of this fact and an infusion of middle class Chinese wealth and obvious other countries abroad who have always enjoyed the many wonders of Thailand we see this as our opportunity to target this market. We own the domains CNXcondos, CNXapartments, but have chosen CNX Living both as our domain and Brand/Company name because we honestly believe that by informing our customer base about the many options of lifestyles in Chiang Mia we can provide almost a periodical with blogs and current events for anyone in town and let the customer decide when to click the tab "Condo for sale" or "short term rental" which of course is the business we are creating.- $129
