T-Shirt Design for FIREBREW Bar & Grill

I am looking to design a t-shirt that our servers/bartenders will wear as their uniform for our restaurant. I am stumped as to ideas for a good t-shirt design. 1. Due to minimum ordering requirements for t-shirts - would like the design to be appropriate for servers and bartenders to wear, but also that is appropriate enough for retail sale to customers - i.e., something that helps brand our name/concept. 2. I am thinking on just having our logo on the front (left chest), but need something of a nice design on the back (which I am stumped). 3. Some key bullets about our restaurant include (not saying everything has to be in the design) just giving you some input/ideas - please refer to our website (www.fire-brew.com) for more details about our concept/logo, etc. a. We support local craft beer breweries -- of the 12 draft beers we have on tap -- nearly all are from local/Virginia breweries. b. We have a 24 bottle self-service wine station where guests can pour their own wine (taste, 1/2 glass, glass). c. We proudly DO NOT use any microwaves or fryers in our restaurant. We use a open flame Fire Deck oven and open flame grill to cook all our food items. d. Don't want design to be seasonal - i.e., need it to be something that will be valid year round. e. Design could incorporate our logo somehow, but more interested in something that helps us sell more beer/wine/alcohol or at least better brand who we are (i.e,. upscale/casual full service restaurant). f. Design should be able to be printed in both full color and one color if needed. For example, might have to use one color for the t-shirt printing for cost effectiveness, but would like to also be able to use the design on some print material later if needed (in full color).
