Alta Burgersia
Alta Burgersia is a gourmet burger restaurant opening in the city center of Madrid, Spain. It will also serve other kinds of food, cocktails and mixed drinks. The name plays with the word 'Alta Burguesia', which means upper-middle class in ancient spanish and the word 'burger'. It will have a modern decoration with a classic touch. Photos of lords eating burgers will be hanged on the walls. A vertical garden will define the rest of the decoration. The waitresses will be wearing classy but not too pretentious uniforms. We want it to be a restaurant appealing to both, tourists and locals.- $129
