Home Rehab
We provide a digital support tool for people with chronic disease and their caregivers. It empowers people to carry out physical training in their own home on a regular basis - and get support from health care professionals when needed. Our main customers are hospitals, clinics and muncipalities who provide our tool to their patients as a part of their rehabilitation service. This means that the service must primarily appeal to the customer, but also to the patient who will use our service on a daily basis. The patients will typically be between 40-80 years old.- $140
