"Operation 10 Kilos" is an event (program) under the umbrella of Workplace Health Challenge Pty Ltd (WHC) - see www.workplacehealthchallenge.com Operation 10 Kilos is a competition based online health, fitness & weight loss program / challenge. Participants are required to sign up online, receive their Operation 10 Kilo's e-book - eat healthy, exercise / train and stay motivated. Their mission: Lose 10 kilos of unwanted bodyfat weight by the deadline (usually around 12 weeks).
