Please see the attached file. PLease use the exact colors of the hackensack hospital. Please attempt using the SAME font as well. 
 
The goal is to get the 1st to be prominent and well integrated into the design, as you can see how they did the &quot;H&quot; in hackensack. You can get the idea from that 
 
Please play around with &#39;Potentially&quot; integrating the medical caduceus into the logo. It is certainly not requirement and may not even work, but maybe a partial part of it or incorporating it slightly may have merit
