I have Seniority is a domain name that we will use for an ad campaign targeting Seniors. It will enhance the idea of being a senior citizen, not make you feel bad that you are asking for a discount. With the growing population headed into their Senior years we want to make it feel like the have "earned it" -just like having seniority at your job.
