Can you design something new and original, would like world flags incorporated maybe as a halo/ring or oval around the logo or something with a world outline. But I am open new ideas 
 
I need a full sized logo and a small icon version with a size of 80 by 80 that will look great on the web. Within shades of the greeb and pick colors above.
