I would love to have a more modern and clean design. Because this is meant to attract motivational speakers, it should feel uplifting and inspiring, but not cheesy or over-the-top. A symbol signifying courage or a clever play on words incorporated in the design would be awesome. Otherwise, I've attached 2 images to guide you. Please use just the wings from the one image (no mountains) and replace the arrow-head in that image with the microphone image attached. Tie this in with the company name and any creative twist that comes to you as I'd love to see your innovation. I tend to like color (like oranges and blues) but not too loud and some contrast with neutral or shaded colors. I'm also drawn to all caps in the font, though I'm open to lowercase.
