A year round hockey training academy that provides customized skill development for players aged 13-pro. Players are on the ice for 2 hours in the morning, and then complete school curriculum after the training. The focus is on the full spectrum of the athlete - improving the mind, body and spirt; through on-ice training, yoga, nutritionalist and sports phsychology.
