I am providing leadership coaching for leaders, particularly leaders of color in education, non-profit, and private sectors. I will also be providing development on diversity, equity, and inclusion for leaders and their teams.

Instructions：

I like the letter J so I would like it to be prominent. Also, if there is a way to include some elements of the desert (dahlia, verbena, mountains, or the sun) that would be great. My family and ancestors are from the desert and it would be great to be able to incorporate that image as well. I want it to be professional but not boring or too corporate. Thank you!
