This is the design for a podcast graphic, this podcast is geared towards passive investors interested in investing in mobile home parks (NOT rv parks or 5th wheel campers). Manufactured Housing communities.

Instructions：

I would like a nice, simple and professional looking design for my podcast graphic with BIG text for the name of the podcast: "Passive Mobile Home Park Investing" and also smaller text for my name: "with Andrew Keel". I would like the icon to appear very 'corporate' looking yet also 'modern' if that makes sense. Eye-catching artwork must be at least 1400px square for size. Font types I like are: Bebas Neue Pro Middle, "Lemon Milk" font. I like an icon logo also like my chosen samples, just an outline of 4 mobile homes in a row like this design: https://www.designcrowd.com/design/2865319 however the 4 mobile homes need to get 'skirting' added so they look more like mobile homes (see the white perimeter around the red home at the top of this page: https://www.hardingsmh.com/) and add that to the homes in a row icon - skirting is the white border touching the ground at the bottom of the home like this: https://www.mhvillage.com/blog/mobile-home-skirting-tips/ I want the name of the podcast to be large and big so it's 'in your face' if that makes sense. DON'T PUT THE WORD "PODCAST" in the design please! Thank you so much for helping make my podcast dream a reality!
