Intervalos is a gym concept that entails a high intensity interval workout done in under 45 minutes. Intervalos stands for Intervals but in spanish. The main idea of this gym concept is to make it a franchise.

Instructions：

I want INTERVALOS to stand out more than Fitness Studios. The colors I want to use in the logo are white, gray, and orange. You can mix it up between those colors. Maybe blue should be in there as well. But I think 2 or 3 colors in a logo is more than ok.
