Instructions：
I have been a victim of the system when it comes to health. Wrong health information which turns into bad choices and bad habits. Bad info, bad choices and bad habits take you to bad health. Then take you to doctors or the medical community. What are the solutions that they give you. Medication or surgery. You stay with the bad info, bad choices and bad habits. Medicines just intoxicate the body and all medication has a disclaimer and side effects that are not to make you healthy. So what I learnt was the correct info, to make the corre ct choices and create good habits which give you HEALTH. So I want to EDUCATE , COACH and help people get their health back. Trying to think of a name , nothing sounded right. So I picked my last name . SAMOUR.
