Company Intro：

We provide property maintenance bids for both commercial properties like highrise office buildings, apartments and single family homes.

Instructions：

I want to limit logo to just 2-3 colors. Maybe blue and black. Possibly green. I like nice bold fonts that are easy to read. Like Property Clearence logo above colors for that logo are good too. I also like having a office buildings and homes in the logo like Property Clearance, Lofty Rentals. Possibly use a tag line in the logo: "MAINTENANCE PROVIDER BY" in small print above a much bolder all caps larger print of the company name "PROPERTY BIDS"
