Instructions：
Lake Pepin is located between Wisconsin and Minnesota in SE Minnesota. The lake is surrounded by historic bluffs and natural beauty. It is the birthplace of waterskiing. The view from the townhomes often included sailboats in the summer, ice boats in the winter, and eagles year round.
